What is Fight or Flight Academy Online?

Fight or Flight Academy Online is the first full-scope virtual platform built to teach Parkour. When coronavirus shut Fight or Flight Academy down, we knew we had to get ahead of the ball. 

We took the curriculum from our gym that we've dialed in since we opened in 2011, and translated it into the best Parkour guide videos ever created.

Every tool someone could need to become good at Parkour, Fight or Flight Academy Online is there to provide. Guide videos, common problems, how to fail safely, mobility, follow-along workouts, nutrition...and more to come!
