At its core, Fight or Flight Academy was founded by nerds. Parkour is a pretty niche thing, and honestly a ton of people know it from video games like Mirror’s Edge or Dying Light. Of course we also have The Office to thank for Parkour’s popularity, and a plethora of viral content.
That means we’ve had a culture full of gamers, engineers, programmers, geeks, and everything between.

Since opening our brick & mortar space in 2011, the majority of our members have never been who you would call "athletes."
When we told them “you don’t have to be fit to try Parkour” they trusted us. Some of them not without their battles.
But when we say that anyone can do it, we mean it.

We see our members gaining improved mobility, they’re able to move their bodies the way they want. After training Parkour, they’re equipped with practical skills and movements they can use in the real world. They’re immersed in a community full of like-minded people who want to grow the same way.

How it all breaks down...
Month 1: Foundations
You’ll be working on the very basic foundational movements of Parkour!
We’ll walk you through a variety of guides in 10 different categories. You’ll learn each movement, the common problems you may face, and how to fail each one safely.
We break down each module into a "training calendar" that will have you watch the videos, practice the techniques, and even record yourself to post your technique in the Facebook community to get feedback!
Everyone starts here to make sure you have a safe set of skills you can rely on as you try new things! We walk you through every exact step, so you’ll
never be lost.

Month 2 & 3:
Parkour | Level 1
This is when you'll be able to explore the original 10 categories to a much greater depth. The Level 1 Library can be done in a linear manner, or it can be done by interest.
If you go by each calendar in order, it will take you about 2 months to get through the entire Level 1 curriculum. By the time you finish - you'll be a real Parkour athlete!
Months 4-??: EXTRA!
You'll have access to our entire library under the Superhuman program, but we recommend everyone start with Foundations - even if you've already done Parkour before!
Once you finish with Foundations and Level 1, you'll be able to start really exploring the rest of what we offer.
